About Coach Marisa
Marisa L. Banks is a dynamic leader, speaker, executive administrator, and passionate community advocate. Armed with a degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University, she brings decades of operational leadership to her roles as Administrator and Pastor of Compassion Christian Center and Agapeland Christian Academy in Bakersfield, California. A fierce champion for community transformation, Marisa has served as an executive producer, a Minister of Outreach, and a strategic partner with the City of Bakersfield’s Violence Intervention Program. She also serves on the board of Hopester, dedicating her life to equipping those who serve others. Known for her unshakeable poise, purpose, and determination, Marisa is committed to helping women align their lives to multiply their impact. She and her husband, Roland, reside in Bakersfield and are the proud parents of four children: Reigna, RJ, Riordan, and Radisson.
